The Big Hitters

There are some Japanese studios dedicated to just releasing hentai anime on DVD each month. For your information, here is some of the main groups.

Vanilla Series: Vanilla Series is Digital Work’s Hentai Label. Most of their DVDs are brought over to the US by various licensors. Some of the works are original, but many are based of H-Games such as the Milk Junkies series, and Step-Mother’s Sin, whose corresponding H-Game was released in the US by Peach Princess.

Pink Pineapple: Pink Pinapple as been around since the 1980s with OVAs such as Kakyuusei. They release regularly, with many titles being brought over to the US such as Angels in the Court, Casual Romance Club, and Dragon Pink. Some works are original, while others based of H-Games.

MS Pictures: MS Pictures is an overhead group for Milky Animation Label, JAM, Bootleg, AniMan, Mints, and Virgin Cream. Mints & Virgin Cream are labels for games. Milky is known as the studio that produced the Bible Black OVAs.

Suzuki Mirano, Himajin Planning, Amour: Three small studios that work together to produce their hentai projects.

Pixy Soft: Pixy Soft’s titles are based off the games and products put out by Lillith Soft.  They tend to be in the fantasy or moe genre.

Discovery: The studio behind “Night Shift Nurses” popularity, and the sequels.

Media Bank: An overhead company that produces hentai, h-games, and live action pornography.
